1.) Do I have to pay further fees in addition to that for creating the virtual tour?
We do not charge any further fees for operating your virtual tour. You pay only for its creation and you can easily calculate the price yourself using our pricelist.
2.) Do I own the panoramic photos which are created?
Yes, they are yours, and in addition to the virtual tour on your website, you also receive a version for a CD with 360-degree views and the source photographs which you can use without limit.
3.) Can the virtual tour which is created be placed on my website?
It is easy to implement the virtual tour onto your website if you have sufficient space on your paid web hosting service to save the resulting panorama. Standard panoramic photographs do not exceed a capacity of a few dozen megabytes, which most web hosting companies on the internet today provide at reasonable prices.
4.) Will all visitors to my website see the tour without any problems?
For displaying virtual tours, we use the widespread Adobe Flash technology, which 99 % of internet users have on their computer. Some companies use Java or QuickTime display technology, which, particularly in our market, are much less used and for which problems may arise in displaying the tours for ordinary internet users if they do not know how to install the drivers necessary for correct display.
5.) How is the tour stored should I accidentally delete it?
You receive the finished virtual tour as a download link from an internet data storage facility, where it is saved for a period of 30 days. All data is also archived on our server together with other customer virtual tours and we will send it to you for free on request.
6.) How much space do the tours take up on the web server where they are saved?
One panoramic photograph takes up approximately 5 to 7 MB of space, which is not a lot in comparison to the space provided by web hosting servers (usually a couple of GB of space for 100-150 CZK per month).
7.) When and how do I pay for the virtual tour?
You only pay once you see the result which we present to you on our website and you are satisfied with it. First of all, you should take a look at the result, and then you need to decide which of the panoramic clips you actually want to use, and you then pay for those. Once you have paid on the basis of an invoice we will send you, you will receive an e-mail with a link to the data storage facility with the virtual tour data and instructions for how to place the tour on your website.
8.) How long does it take to create the virtual tour?
We can give you an estimate for how long the whole process will take according to the number of panoramas, but complete implementation from photographs being taken to the presentation of the results will not take more than 1 week. The photography work itself, including preparation takes no more than half a day at maximum for a standard hotel or guest house (up to 10 panoramas).
9.) Why are your prices lower in comparison to your competitors?
You do not need to pay any licence or operating fees. We use professional photography equipment which significantly reduces the time spent taking photographs, meaning we can create panoramic photos fairly quickly without extra shots. Each step is automated, which also helps speed things up and means a lower resultant price. For more than 5 panoramic shots, transport within the Czech Republic and Slovakia is free of charge.
10.) What is a virtual tour?
A virtual tour is the ideal tool to make a presentation of a place or room in such a way that the interested party or visitor can interact with what he sees and feels like he is actually standing at the place in question.
11.) In what way are you different from your competitors?
No usage fees, payment only after the tour has been presented to you, the client is the owner of the tour, unrivalled low prices, we adjust our times to fit the client, professional photography equipment.
